  4. The Operator is the Administrator of your personal data in relation to data provided voluntarily on the Website.
  5. The website uses personal data for the following purposes:
    • Managing a newsletter,
    • Managing a comment system,
    • Managing online chat conversations,
    • Presenting offers or providing information.
  6. The Website obtains information about the Users and their behavior in the following ways:
    1. Through data entered voluntarily in forms within the Operator’s systems.
    2. By saving cookie files at end devices (so-called “cookies”).

2. Elected methods of data protection used by the Operator

  1. The login and data introduction points are protected during transmission (SSL certificate). Thanks to this, personal and login data entered on the website are encrypted on the end Users computer and can be read only at the target server.

  3. In order to protect data, the Operator regularly makes backup copies.

  5. The Administrator’s actions are subject to a complaint to thePresident of the Office for Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
  6. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to use the services provided through the Website.
  7. Automated decision making actions may be taken in regards to you, including profiling to provide services under the concluded contract and for the purpose of conducting direct marketing by the Administrator.
  8. Personal data is not transferred to third countries within the meaning of the provisions on the protection of personal data. This means that we do not send them outside the European Union.
